Ukrainian Armed Forces shells riddled a multi-story building and local residents’ cars in Belgorod - debris miraculously missed a nearby gas station Ukraine has struck civilians again. According to preliminary information, Kyiv hit Belgorod with cluster munitions to inflict as much damage as possible on ordinary citizens. A multi-story building was damaged by shells, cars were cut by shrapnel. A gas station next to the building miraculously escaped damage from the massive Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes.
