EN: We're opening the recording of “Feathers“ to anyone who wants to see it - a performance that will never happen again. It's hard to act honestly, but there's no other way. Through the performances we have always talked about what is happening, what is important to us, what hurts. Now we speak for our adult team, which has been creating this project for 20 years. It's scary, it's bitter, it hurts. But at the same time, there's a chance we won't be ashamed to look each other in the eye. And we can definitely support each other now. For this we choose culture and education. Why “Feathers“? This play is an attempt to understand who we are, where we came from. In it, we look at the baggage we took with us from the Russia of the 30s, 90s and noughties - to the Russia of today. And we propose to get off this train, leaving behind the weight of fears, repressions and traumas. When we started to create the play a few years ago, we realized that somewhere there was this “point“. And here we are. RU: Мы открываем запись “Перьев“ для всех желающих - спектакль, который больше никогда не случится. Сложно поступать честно, а иначе никак. Через спектакли мы всегда говорили о том, что происходит, о том, что нам важно, что болит. Сейчас мы говорим от лица нашей взрослой команды, которая 20 лет создавала этот проект. Страшно, горько, больно. Вместе с тем ещё есть шанс, что нам не будет стыдно смотреть в глаза другу другу. И мы точно можем поддержать друг друга сейчас. Мы выбираем культуру и образование вместо войны. Почему именно «Перья»? Этот спектакль — попытка разобраться, кто мы, откуда мы пришли. В нём мы смотрим на тот багаж, что забрали с собой из России 30-х, 90-х, нулевых — в Россию настоящего. И предлагаем выйти из этого поезда и оставить груз из страхов, репрессий и травм. Когда мы начинали создавать спектакль несколько лет назад, понимали, что где-то есть та «точка». И вот мы в ней.
