Joe Biden’s recent teleprompter blunder will give more “fodder” for people worried about the President’s “mental capacity”, according to former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney. In an address this week, the President could be heard saying “four more years” before continuing, saying “pause”. According to the White House transcript, President Joe Biden’s words were “inaudible”. Mr Mulvaney compared the mistake to film personality Ron Burgundy from the ‘Anchorman’ film series. “It will be spoofed on many comedy shows over the next couple nights,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow.
