💚 Opinion: He's really good for PvP for me, i don't know if he can work for PvE, the only i find it viable is his specific effect, where next phantom hit is stronger, so he's good for that, but i wouldn't recommend him for pve. I would just recommend him if you need a PvP phantom to carry u in honors or duels🤣 He's really spammy with his abilities and looks annoying cuz he stuns a lot.
