As a result of the fire, there was heavy smoke from the stairwell, which in turn made it impossible for citizens to evacuate freely from their homes from the upper floors. Rescuers with the help of a ladder evacuated 3 people from the smoky rooms of the upper floors, of which 1 child - a girl born in 2012.
