Pressing or lifting up into Pinchamayurasana with both legs at the same time is always hard. This way lets you bend the knees and use the core of the body to do the movement. Do not overarch the back. Firm the shoulders and let the body pull in towards the center to lift up. Pivot through the hip joints and forward into your shoulders and it will be easy.
