In this series of short videos, I share my personal journey of exploring consciousness and finding my identity in Christ through the resurrected power of the I AM. I use cold weather therapy as a tool to challenge myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. After swimming at the indoor pool at the old sea, I lay out on the back deck and expose myself to the cold weather. I document my thoughts and feelings as I experience the contrast between the warm water and the cold air.
