A 7 yo Maine Coon was referred for highly increasing of Creatinine. Double ureteral obstruction was found (already diagnosed 2 month earlier). Right stone create a hole into the ureter and after the stones removal the ureteral damage was found. A termino-terminal anastomosis was performed with different lumen sizes on right side. Double ureterotomy was performed on left side to remove 5 stones, 2 proximally and 3 distally, close to the ureteral junction. Stents nor SUBs were used because of the suspected infection, the slightly dilation of the pelvis and to limit problems related to the management of prosthetic implants. Microsurgery performed by Dr Federico Massari. Thanks to Dr Chiara Carosso, Dr Laura Mioni and Dr Stefania Franceschini
