This was absolute chaos! We kept finding entangled seal after entangled seal. This was during the peak of our rescue season in 2023. Therefore. we can’t say we expected such a high number, but we can’t say we’re surprised either. From group to group, we find seals mainly entangled in fishing and plastic related trash. 34 Seals have been saved, but the problem lives on. If we want to create a safe environment for our marine animals, we will all have to change our behavior. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Please visit our website to find out more about our work and how to support us: ➡ Website: ➡ Donate via Paypal: ➡ Donate via Stripe: ➡ Support via Patreon: ➡ FAQs: Follow us on social media: ➡ Instagram: ➡ Facebook: ➡ TikTok: @oc_namibia ➡ LinkedIn: ➡ Twitter: 😊 Thank you for every like, share, comment and subscribe 😊 Ocean Conservation International is registered as a non-profit organisation under chapter 501(c)3.
