In the location of the assassination of Mohamed Afif, a Syrian was arrested for being a spy. He was tasked with taking a before and after photo of the building which was being attacked. This type of tasks has been reported earlier in this war, and most of the recruited are Syrians. Purpose is damage assessment and gathering more intelligence.
