No titles. Festival of Speed. Brands Hatch, Kent. Several shots of races in a 'Festival of Speed'. First we see various shots of motorcyclists zooming around the course. A motorcyclist has his head bandaged after a crash. J Taylor in No. 7 is first across the finishing line. He is presented with a laurel wreath. Next comes a motorbike with sidecar race. The sidecar passengers lie on little platforms attached to the bikes. No. 12, AC Chapman is the first over the finishing line. We then see contestants on the grid, ready for the start of the go-kart race. They set off and zoom round the bends of the course. Shots of karts crossing the finishing line. No. 52 comes to a halt in front of the camera. D Brunt was the winner. Lastly, we see a saloon car race start off. Minis zoom towards and past camera round a bend.
