ESO PvP: StamCro EASY/STRONG DoT DAMAGE SET and Forget! | In-Depth Build Tutorial (Necrom U39/U40)

Hey been a bit but what better way than to resurrect the build than with the Stamina Necromancer! This will be more of an in depth and try to fully explain and help you master Necromancer so you can play and enjoy it or learn to counter a Necro! Stamina Necro is surely an easy POWERHOUSE! But with a twist let's finally run 2W with some of the easiest set and forget damage possible. Not only does it come with some of the strongest burst, amazing sustain but what is so powerful is the SURVIVABILITY. StamCro has some of the best healing with 4 heals, 3 HoT’s and 1 burst heal that makes you even Tankier. Does that sound Overpowered, honestly borderline. So let’s equip our 2W and get easy kills on pugs with broken burst and highly pressure the sweats.
