Square Enix is proud to announce today that Lara Croft: Relic Run has been downloaded 10 million times since its launch on May 28, 2015. To celebrate the occasion, Square Enix and Simutronics have released a new update including the much-anticipated third location – Mountain Pass – as well as fresh gameplay additions. Mountain Pass pits players against yetis and ice spiders by foot and by snowmobile, traversing through a frozen and ancient landscape. A mini-gun gives Lara an edge against a new boss that shoots ice onto her path, creating obstacles to avoid. Additional updates include an improved tutorial and a new campaign map/mode where players work through levels to complete objectives and collect relics.
