In his video we are working on a technique against a ’hammer fist’. To counter that attack, we are going to be using Fior’s 1st Master of Dagger, his wrestling guard Posta Lunga, and his 4th Master of Dagger. Watch as we pretzel, I mean use the guards in a way that allows us to flow from one position to another while taking the opponent to the ground.
