Republican Madison Cawthorn urges Harris to enact 25th amendment to remove Biden from office

North Carolina Republican Madison Cawthorn has called on Vice President Kamala Harris to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove President Biden from office following the Kabul attacks. “Our nation is at a crisis point,“ he wrote in a letter to Ms Harris and the rest of the cabinet on Thursday. Mr Cawthorn said China's ambitions on the world stage, the threat from Russia, rising inflation, chaos at the southern border and the situation in Afghanistan will take strong, decisive leadership to combat.
