IN SPRING In spring we must let go of the past - warm rains awash all previous wrongdoing; spring winds abrush the past’s unsightly dust and sun provokes too long awaited blooming. In spring we must reopen hearts again, embrace the risk of feeling live and foolish: turn faces to the skies and drink the rain, try counting the stars and running shoeless. This spring departs and we must catch the bus: awake to feelings or untimely perish - remember those who’ve forgotten us, remember those who we love and cherish. - A.
