It shows a test subject wearing a prototype spacesuit and helmet performing a simulated repair task. Interestingly, the subject is wearing a space helmet that appears to have a 16mm motion picture camera or a magnifying device attached to it. This could also possibly be a solid state dynamic respiration measuring device; a device of this type was developed for NASA in 1964. It's not clear when this footage was shot or the precise nature of the simulated task.
