Get a Soccer Product ► If you want to succeed at soccer, you will need to practice often. Before each training session, it's important to warm-up properly to prevent injuries. This warm-up takes about four to five minutes to complete, but it's an excellent way to get ready for your soccer practice. You start by warming up the upper body to finish off with the lower body. You start off by rotating your arms while moving forward. Then, you cross your arms for an alternative movement. After that, you can move your arms up and down for a nice stretch. To finalize, you can move your arms up and down and then across your body by moving from one side to the other. Then, you warm-up the legs by “opening and closing“ the movement all while moving forward. This is an important stretch, that should be done by all soccer players before every practice and game. As a player, you want to try to avoid injuries as much as you can. A great way to do that is to warm-up every time. Then you can warm-up the quads to be ready for your soccer practice session. After that, you do the high knees followed by the karaoke movement. The next warm up exercise consists in doing some “knees to chest“. After that, you follow up with front and backward stretching kicks. To finish off this warm-up routine, you go backwards by backpedaling and finish your training routine with a rapid frontward sprint! We hope that you enjoyed this video.
