An adorable Labrador named Bella could not contain her excitement when she saw rain for the first time in Cape Town after a drought. Owner Chandré Schell filmed the hilarious moment and says her dog is always excitable and loves playing. The video has gone viral on social media with 400,000 views on Facebook.
