More than 60 people have died in a fire in the South African city of Johannesburg. A fire gutted an abandoned building sheltering mostly homeless people. Recovery operations are underway as emergency crews look for more bodies. The death toll is expected to rise. It's unclear what caused the blaze that began in the early hours of Thursday morning.
