In this video, we observed growth cone dynamics in human PSC-derived cortical cells. Images were captured once every 30 secs for 10.5 h using Nanolive’s 3D Cell Explorer-fluo microscope (). Images were captured by Dr. Ryohei Iwata, Laboratory of Stem Cell and Developmental Neurobiology, VIB-KU Leuven, Leuven, Belgium). Read more in our blogpost here:
