I'm getting the hang out of this haha :) // Werbung This workout trains our core muscles: abs, side abs / obliques, lower abs, as well as stability, balance, shoulders & arms. I came up pretty quickly with a routine to “Own It“. For the other Song Workouts it took me at least 1-2 hours, but this one matched nicely within 15 minutes :) hope you like it too! __
