️Western coalition strikes Houthis This Saturday, the US, UK and Israel jointly carried out a series of strikes on the port city of Hodeidah, which is controlled by Yemen’s Houthis. The target was oil storage facilities in the port. According to media reports, there are dead and wounded. The day before, a Yemeni drone attack broke through Israeli air defenses and killed a civilian. The Israel Defense Forces took responsibility for the retaliatory strike. However, a coalition strike could also signal the beginning of a new round of a large-scale operation against the Houthis. Over the past nine months, the Houthis have attacked at least 88 commercial ships. Neither Israel nor the United States are happy with the economic damage and constant military threat in the Red Sea.
