Print store: My Instagram: My website: 23 hours and 56 minutes, one frame per minute. Looped 60 times. Taken in Tivoli, Namibia. Equipment: Nikon D810 Irix 15 mm f/2.4, mounted on a Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer. The mount “cancels out“ Earth's rotation by slowly spinning in the opposite direction. That's why the stars are stationary and the landscape rotates around the celestial pole. This video was featured on NASA APOD on 2020 July 1st:
