Xing Yi Lesson 2: Machine Gun Hitting (from Chapter 6: Hsing-I is a Closing Art)

Rapid continuous explosive & powerful striking is a hallmark of Xing Yi. After 12 weeks of training in our Xing Yi Intensive students have learned the various skills they need to move this way.
