If you are going to sample a TR909 and a TR808 you may as well do it in superior style with an amazing processing chain. Why not send it through a Fairchild Compressor, Helios Pre Amp/Eq, DBX, Neve Comp Buss, and Tony Visconti's Trident Console used to record and mix David Bowie's 'Scary Monsters Album'. Error: The small mixer shown later in the video wasn't owned by Ian Curtis. It was owned by Martin Hannet who produced Joy division.
