Masses of (full-sized) cars in car park. Small boys give last minute touches to their cars, very like pedal cars in appearance. Boys dressed in full racing outfit including overalls, helmets and goggles. Starter flags 3 cars off. Cars racing down hill. Finish of first race with cars flagged over the line as in a normal race. Camera follows cars down hill. The boy winner's face covered with dust and grime. He is presented with a trophy whilst his mother holds his arm in the air, signifying the winner.
