Method:- add the gobinda bhog rice to a blender. for 10 sec.. it in a bowl. the milk in a heavy bottomed pan . the rice. the rice on low flame for 10 min... until the rice is fully cooked. add ghee for good flavour. well. add green cardammons. sugar. cashew nuts & raisins. until the kheer turns thick. from flame & let it cool down. the mango puree withthe mixture. well. with a garnish of cashew nuts & raisins.
