The combination of Sitar and Flute is an area which has rarely been explored in the field of Indian Classical music. Maestro Shashank Subramanyam, a renowned exponent of the bamboo flute began performing in 1984. With over 30 years in the field of Indian Music, he has traveled the world over performing and teaching the art of South Indian Classical Music. Shashank often collaborates with musicians from the East and the West and has over 70 CDs and several DVDs to his credit.
