Rep. Chu Calls for End to Senate Obstruction of Unemployment Benefits

On Monday, July 19th, Congresswoman Judy Chu spoke during on the House floor during a Special Order Hour and urged Senate Republicans to stop blocking vital unemployment aid to millions of Americans. She noted that more than 368,000 Californians have lost their benefits since the Republican filibuster began at the beginning of June.
