NORTH HOLLYWOOD - Two LAPD Officers (possible Metro/SWAT) were transported after crashing their unmarked police car on the 170 freeway. Both officers were seen laying on the center divider while help was in route. LAFD treated and transported the officers to a local hospital in unknown condition. This is the second LAPD involved crash on a LA freeway in the past hour. LAPD officers could be seen taking equipment out of the crashed unit. The crash is under investigation. Unknown if any other vehicles were involved. Also unknown if lights and sirens were going at the time of the crash.
