Build Cheap DIY Cyclocross/Gravel Bike From Hybrid

I show the process of building a basic cyclocross bike from a hybrid bike. I think hybrids make a good foundation for a DIY CX bike, as they are cheap, readily available, have 700c wheels, clearances for wider tires, and have bosses for cantilever brakes. The bike in the video is a mid-90’s Trek 700 Multitrack. Any of the Trek hybrids (700,710,750, etc) would probably work. A Specialized Crossroads would be a good choice too.
