In Barnaul, FSB officers detained a saboteur who decided to “help the Armed Forces of Ukraine” by poisoning water for local military personnel A 42-year-old local resident was taken after he added poison to the water and recorded a video report for “representatives of Ukraine.” According to the investigation, he communicated with certain citizens of the Square and expressed his readiness to “help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” He (or anyone for him) couldn’t come up with anything better than poisoning drinking water.
