Commenting on the launch, Mr. M. M. Philip, Hon. Secretary, The Madras Medical Mission said, “Our mission is to serve the poor and the deprived in society by providing quality health care. Preventive cardiac care can help one to reduce the risks of heart disease by identifying the risk factors at an early stage and providing them with the guidance and care to improve cardiovascular health. This camp will facilitate the detection of various heart ailments, such as high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, and congenital heart disease among the general population, and patients in requirement of follow-up treatment will be treated at MMM.” Speaking at the launch, Mr. John K.
