How to depressurize the fuel system and then remove and replace the fuel pump and sender unit on a 2002 to 2009 Peugeot 206 with the 1.1 litre petrol engine. You don’t necessarily have to remove the air intake duct but it gives better access to the fuel pressure valve. WARNING !: Working with fuel or fuel components can be extremely hazardous so please take precautions by wearing proper protective gear and having an appropriate fire extinguisher at the ready. Ensure there are no ignition sources anywhere near you as you work on the fuel system and also make sure the work area is well ventilated.
