Somebody call Mayor Adams. I think we’ve found our new rat czar. In “Only in NY” news, a random man was spotted carrying a white rat on his shoulders like it was some kind of normal occurrence. Yes, I question this man’s choice of pet. Just because it’s white, doesn’t make it right. Perhaps he’s a professional rat whisperer or maybe a pied piper who could corral those critters.
