On August 3rd, the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (#MNDAA) announced the capture of the Northeastern Command Headquarters in the city of #Lashio, #Shan State. @AtlasNewsTelegram The headquarters’ capture comes after several days of fighting between the MNDAA, allied groups, and local Junta forces. Its capture also comes after the MNDAA and its allies captured Lashio on July 25th. The capture of the headquarters marks the first time that Junta has lost a regional command headquarters.
