In 2020, I flew back to the States after being on lockdown for 3.5 months in Metro Manila. Since most international travel was banned for Americans and many countries had closed their borders to contain the virus, I had to explore domestic travel options if I still wanted to travel. In 2019, I had come back home from China and being between jobs I decided to rent a car and film my “Heritage“ project, where I drove through 25 U.S. States exploring battlefields, museums, parks and everything else that pertained to my own American heritage. I had visited 15 Southern States and 10 Western States and it was a wonderful and memorable experience. So in 2020, not being able to really go anywhere international except for Mexico, again I decided to rent a car from a south Georgia dealership and hit the American roads.
