Declination and OOB Planets

This is a recording of my presentation delivered to Scottish Astrological Association in April 2022. What is declination? A simple explanation for non-technical people, and a precise definition for those technically minded. The best way to demonstrate the value of the aspects of declination, I believe it is by studying non-trivial relationships, i.e. those relationships where people did something extraordinary to be together. They went against the customs and other people’s opinions, they sacrificed their careers, they did things that appeared to be totally irrational, and then “lived together happily ever after”. Quite often, the mainstream synastry approach remains rather mute in such cases. To prove the point, I will use four examples: ✶ Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, ✶ Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson, ✶ Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles, ✶ George and Amal Clooney. Out-of-bounds planets. What they are, how they are interpreted, some facts and numbers. A detailed discussion of OOB Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter with examples. OOB planets in mundane analysis. The importance of periods of OOB Mars, Uranus and Pluto for understanding of what’s going on in the world.
