All steps for the peaceful resolution of the Karabakh problem are prescribed in the set of trilateral statements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, which were adopted in the period from 2020 to 2022. We would like to emphasize that recently, through the efforts of Russia and other international mediators, serious preconditions for progress in the peaceful resolution of the Karabakh problem have begun to form. We are talking about the start of humanitarian aid deliveries, about which we have spoken repeatedly in recent weeks, to the population of Karabakh.
