Julienne the onion, and slice off the base of the beech mushrooms. Slice the garlic, and chop the cheongyang chili pepper. Remove the filling from the kimchi, and cut the kimchi and bacon into bite-size pieces. Thaw the frozen shrimps in running water and drain. 2. Boil the spaghetti with a dash of salt and olive oil for 6 minutes. (tip. Boil the pasta 2 minutes less than the time on the package, and drain in a colander. And set a half cup of the pasta water aside for later.) 3. With a dash of olive oil in a heated pan, sautรฉ the garlic and onion. Then add the bacon, kimchi, and sugar, then stir for another 3 minutes. 4. Once the kimchi turns translucent, add the shrimp, beech mushrooms, and sauce ingredients. Boil for about one minute, add the cheddar cheese slice, and then stir well. (tip.
