Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Once boiling, turn the heat down to medium-low heat 2. Cook uncovered for an hour, or until only 2 cups of liquid (~475ml) remain, while constantly skimming scum and oil that appear 3. After an hour, or when the liquid reduces to the set amount, remove from heat 4. Remove the chicken wings from the pot and set aside, and eat as a side dish 5. Strain the rest of the liquid through cheese cloth, twice 6. Place the liquid into a small pan, I used a 8in x 6in or 21cm x 15cm 7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set, for faster setting place on top of an ice bath 8. Once set, use a butter knife to cut the aspic into cubes Notes: *You must cook this on medium-low (4/10 on burner) to achieve a clear aspic, if you continuously boil it the aspic will not be clear *To have a light colored aspic use light soy sauce and only use 1tbsp, if you don't care about the color add 2tbsp (more delicious) Scrambled Egg Tool: 4 chopsticks, non stick pan 4 eggs salt 1 tsp (5ml) oil 1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together eggs and salt, until egg white lumps disappear 2. Heat a non stick pan on medium heat, once hot, add oil and spread on the surface using paper towel. Turn heat down to medium-low 3. Pour in the eggs into the pan and stir the eggs using 4 chopsticks on one hand to break the eggs into small pieces 4. Continue to stir and cook the eggs until set, around 3-4 minutes To Assemble Chicken aspic, cubed Scrambled eggs Green onions, sliced thin Steamed rice #FoodWars #ShokugekiNoSoma #Anime #Animefood
