Full title reads: “Scotstown. A Bonny Sight! To the skirl of the pipes and the swing of the kilt, 12,000 Glasgow Boy Scouts march past - like veterans.“ Scotstown (Scotstoun ?), Glasgow, Scotland. Scottish boy scouts - wearing kilts - march past playing the bagpipes. They are followed by a contingent carrying British Union Jack Flags.
