Welcome to the first video in the History of Tennis series where I guide you through how the sport of tennis originated and developed in the iconic sport that it is today. This video is about the origin of the sport and how it developed from a sport known as je-de-paume in 13th century France to an established sport. It is a very interesting history that is not widely documented.
