There's something so thoughtful about buying classy cordial for your non-alcoholic guests and my go to is @belvoirfarm_uk. 🍇🫐 This is not an ad, it is just an obsession. 🤩 And it's a great way to mix up some magic tasting cocktails for every tastebud this Christmas. 🍹 And the name? Well, following the Battle of Hastings in 1066, so the story goes, a Frenchman stood atop a hill in what we now know as the Vale of Belvoir and said the following: Quelle belle voir! Or: What a beautiful view! However, over the next hundred years, French names were anglicized to reinstate English authority. As a result, Belvoir is now (technically) pronounced beaver – just like the animal.
