Gross motor skills. I know it's very brutal but Combatives were designed to deal with deadly force. Worst case scenario. You can see many combative principles here. The mindset and emotional content is there. Funny if you know me for a long time then you know how much my form use to matter to me but after going through a few stress test I know that 90% of the fine motor skill goes out the window. However gross motor skill is the only thing retainable under fight duress, adrenal stress, fear, fatigue, pain and disorientation. So if you train in Combatives, you must build new neural bridges.
