Stacy has created this effective pool workout to help you burn calories quickly and sculpt your upper body. Tabata Style (5 Rounds of 20:10 workouts with 2 exercises in each Tabata). This workout focuses on UPPER body and abs toning. Options are given for extra intensity and cardio. Any level can participate as you can bring down the intensity as needed and options are given to change it up to fit you. This is a non-stop workout to burn major calories and tone your upper body. There is no warm up included, so please be sure to warm up prior to doing this workout, but please use one of my warm up workouts before doing this.
