This is how to fix Fps drops down in Cutscenes, Corners, Entrance, etc... issues that also suffering to my whole pc, stream, recording, etc... This video does not mean to increase your in-game gameplay fps in low specs without upgrading your pc just like “ How to download RAM free or etc...“ I have to fix with this method because I also have fps drop issue at those Cutscenes so I hope this will also work for you.
