Spiritual teachers and ascended masters have taught about the concept of the Soul Contract using a multitude of different terms. Journeying through life’s ups and downs, this makes things incredibly confusing at times. Sometimes we find ourselves learning the same or similar lessons over and over, leaving us more and a bit more jaded. Often life does not afford us the sanctuary, support or the teachings to understand what these are meant to teach us. Once we understand these are meant to be a special teacher unique just to us as an individual, we can use them as they were meant, with less pain, more grace and more self-love.
