If you want to help me to keep uploading this content you can help me donating to my paypal: martinfrecha@ The 1995 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, was the 10th annual awards ceremony dinner to induct musical artists and industry luminaries into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, held at Waldorf Grand Hall -Astoria in New York City on Thursday, January 12, 1995. More than 1,200 paying music executives, musicians, industry personnel, family and friends attended the event. The Allman Brothers Band, Led Zeppelin, Al Green, Janis Joplin, Martha and the Vandellas, Neil Young and Frank Zappa were inducted that night, having met the Hall's eligibility requirement of having released a first recording at least twenty-five years before the ceremony. The guest presenters introduced the different artists to the Hall. Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and Joe Perry introduced Led Zeppelin. During his speech, Tyler cited influential Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, whose death in 1980 caused the band to break up. Perry said, “Even today no one can take his place.“ Bonham's children, Zoe and Jason Bonham, accepted on his behalf, along with remaining band members Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones. It wasn't until midnight, after all the tributes were completed and the awards were presented, that most of the show's live music performances took place. The first Led Zeppelin/Aerosmith jam featured six blues-rock songs, while the second jam featured neither Perry nor Tyler. included Michael Lee on drums and Neil Young on guitar, during their performance of 'When the Levee Breaks'. Plant briefly played Page's cherry red Gibson Les Paul Standard during a few chords. Improved sound.
